Terin Champion brings over two decades of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle leadership, and health information technology. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives across clinical, financial, and technical domains — with a consistent focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and scalable system design.
His leadership has supported multi-state provider organizations through growth, acquisitions, and system integrations, while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial performance. He has overseen the implementation and ongoing management of complex healthcare systems including EHR and practice management platforms, laboratory and imaging systems, and enterprise data environments.
Beyond executive leadership, Terin has deep technical expertise in business intelligence and software development — designing executive-level analytics and reporting solutions that translate operational and financial data into actionable insights. His background includes extensive experience in SQL-based data engineering, reporting automation, and performance analytics in support of revenue cycle optimization.
Earlier in his career, Terin led revenue cycle operations for large billing teams, managing end-to-end workflows, payer contracting, and onboarding of new practices and acquisitions across multiple states — resulting in measurable improvements in AR performance without additional staffing or disruptive restructuring.
